Hey there!

I’m Connie, and I’m all about languages! I grew up in a tiny village in Mombasa, Kenya, but I’ve always had big dreams – and those dreams involve lots of languages! I’m fluent in six already (English, Swahili, Filipino, Spanish, Italian, and French!), and I even
taught myself four of them! My goal? To help you speak your dream language with confidence and fluency. I’m currently studying language learning, but I’m always adding to my language toolbox. Let’s learn together!

After many years and many half-hearted attempts at trying to learn Swahili I came across Swahili Kingdom and mwalimu Connie one year ago. Nashukuru sana! How fast can I become fluent with your lessons?

The answer depends on your current level and how much you are willing to study my material. In my courses, I provide a detailed “Recommended Study Guide” which will help you to follow my material step-by-step towards English fluency.

How can I talk with you, Connie?

All of the students who I speak with are members of Busy Bee Swahili Class or Coaching. I walk with you by hand when you join any of the courses or coaching.

Do you teach one-on-one lessons?

Unfortunately, I don’t teach one-on-one lessons. I do have personalized coaching if you want a one on one interaction with me. You can also join a group coaching for the same interaction.
